Digital Signature certificate credentials are invalid do you want to try again..?

Reason

this error occurs due to

1. PAN no entered in authorization signatory is incorrect
2. PAN no linked to the digital signature is incorrect  (the one that entered in the server )


Solution 




step1 . check your PAN entered in authorization signatory 

 

 

the PAN no must be the one that you given while you are applying for digital signature

step 2 .If the PAN no: entered is wrong then delete the current entry 


click the select button on the right side

 

this will select the entry ,then click delete button in the bottom

Step 2.2 Do digital signature Enrollment and renewal 

 

 select your signature and sign
  
  If websigner is not showing up read this article for dealing with this error

  No websigner shows up  

  If websigner shows up but no certificate in it then read this article for dealing with this error
  
  Empty websigner or no certificate in websigner

 

  

 

 

Step 3 if the PAN no: entered is correct 
 
then the PAN no: entered is correct , in that case you should contact your DSC provider

And you may have to apply for new Digital Signature, because DSC must be linked to PAN if it is used for tax filing
