Filling authorization signatory online form

Filling out authorization signatory is the first step for registering your digital signature (DSC) in Kerala taxes website. Almost 50% of errors seen in Kerala taxes is due the incorrect or incomplete  information in authorization signatory section

The details you should enter in the form must be equivalent to the the details you given on applying for your DSC




The most important fields in the form are
Income tax PAN No , First Name , Authorization valid From and Authorization valid To

Step 1: Finding the details of  your DSC

This step is to find out First Name , Authorization valid From and Authorization valid To 

click on content tab 

 select certificate 

 

 Double click on your signature (one with your name), which will show details about your DSC

 if your digital signature doesn't show in the window then refer this article 

 certificate doesn't show up in websigner 

   

 

 

 Note down the name and validity date (from and to)

Step 2. filling out the form

2.1.  Income tax PAN no:  the PAN which you used form applying this dsc
2.2.  First Name : enter the  name as in the DSC (issued to: )
            leave the middle name and last name blank
2.3.  Authorization valid From and Authorization valid To : date as per the deatils
