e9003^autentication failed during principle check- there is an error in registering you digital signature

Reason

this error is caused because the validity date you in authorization signatory does not match with your digital signature


Solution 




click points are marked red

Step 1. finding the validity date of your signature

  press on content

 

slelect certificates

 

double click on your name(signature ) to show detail window

 

Step 1. Edit the date(from and unto) as per the details of the certificate 

 

click on the edit button on the bottom left (marked red)

 

change the date

 

save record

Step 2. click  back to homepage(top)

Step 3. Select digital signature from the menu  

Step 4. select digital signature renewal

 

select click here to enroll.. 

select your signature from the signature box and click sign ,also enter the pin .A success message appears 

  If your websigner does not show up, then read this article for fixing this error

  Empty websigner or no certificate in websigner
