e9001^verification failed. Customer may not have registered

Reason

this error occurs because the name(first name) you entered in authorization signatory is different from
the name is digital signature


Solution

Step 1. Find the name entered in your  Digital signature










note down the name next to  issued to

Step 2. Delete the current entry in authorization signatory


click on the select  button on the bottom right (marked red)


and press delete
Step 3. Fill out the form 


3.1  PAN no must be the one which you provided on applying for dsc
3.2  Enter the name in first name column
       Name should be like the name in DSC , and leave the middle name and last name column  blank
3.3  Enter the email and mobile number
3.4  Enter the validity date 
3.5  Save record

Step 4. click  back to homepage(top)

Step 5. Select digital signature from the menu  



Step 6. Select digital signature renewal

select click here to enroll.. 



select your signature from the signature box and click sign ,also enter the pin .A success message appears 

  If your websigner does not show up, then read this article for fixing this error  

 If websigner shows up but no certificate in it ,then read this article for dealing with this error Empty websigner or no certificate in websigner
