Empty websigner or Your certificate (name) doesn't showup in websigner/ windows certificate store

Reason

1. Your certificate is not installed in your system
2. Your USB token is not detecting in your system
   2.1.Device driver not installed
   2.2.Defective USB port 
   2.3 Defective USB token


Solution  
 
steps given below are applicable only for  watchdata and trustkey USB token
 

Step 1. Insert your USB token

Step 2. Open your token driver 

              for trustkey (black cap silver body) open trust key tool

              for watchdata (full white body ) open emudhra watchdata token tool

Step 3.  Click on your signature name(1) and then click register button(2) then publish button(3)  
      

  after completing the steps you can proceed

   if driver is not responding close all browsers opened in the system( if there is any) and close the tool and  open it again
  
   if the name doesn't come then try plugging in different ports, front and back and repeat the process

  if the name doesn't come and error saying "no certificate in the usb token" shows
  then certificate in the token might be corrupted ,you may have to apply for new DSC
